Drugaid Wales

Drugaid has been addressing drug and alcohol problems in South and West Wales for over 30 years.

Drugaid provides engagement and recovery services and evidence-based therapeutic support to vulnerable individuals who are often marginalised as the result of their own or someone else's substance misuse.

We strive to improve individuals', communities', and society's understanding and awareness of the relationship between drug / alcohol use, crime, and social exclusion, in order to overcome barriers which perpetuate the cycle. We offer practical support with housing and benefits, employment and training opportunities and broker access to related agencies e.g. domestic abuse, mental health.

We recognise that all individuals are entitled to respect and dignity in a safe environment. Our services are person-centred, flexible and wide-ranging, to effectively meet the diversity of need.

Drugaid operates across Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Blaenau Gwent, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, delivering successful young persons, adult, and family services.
